Limestone Barbell is the home of The Lab and our 24/7 Gym. The Lab hosts all of our Life and Sport Performance classes, as well as personal training. The 24/7 Gym is available to anyone 13 and up (must be 16+ to be unaccompanied by an adult).

The Lab is a part of Limestone Barbell, but is not included in the 24/7 Gym Access.
